Drum and Feather Farm Proudly Presents The Stallions Spellcaster Registered Gypsy Cob Stallion
Lovingly Owned by: Magickal Farm of VA and Drum and Feather Farm of IN (Not Available for Outside Breeding)
Spellcaster is a 16.1hh, tri-colored stallion. He hunted for 3 seasons in Ireland and was also shown in the winter jumping shows while in Ireland. Spellcaster has a fabulous disposition and is incredibly athletic. He has produced a high percentage of fillies, all with beautiful movement. There is no other stallion in North America that offers the size, disposition, movement and proven athletic ability of Spellcaster. If you are enchanted with these horses but prefer a larger horse with a more athletic build and movement, Spellcaster is the only choice for you! In the next couple years, we will be offering a limited number of Spellcaster offspring for sale but we will be keeping most of them to include in our own show and breeding programs.
Not Standing to Outside Mares
NOTE: We have had many visitors who are keen on finding a truly competitive Gypsy Cob and they simply fall in love with Spellcaster. He is such a unique and loving stallion that it's easy to understand why. And because of this, we have been asked so many times if we would consider selling Spellcaster and the answer is very simply...No. After all the time we've spent with this wonderful gentleman, he still gives us goose bumps when we watch him. He has captured our hearts and lifted our spirits like no other horse we've ever met and will be staying with us, always.

SUEDE Our Future Stallion Candidate
Suede is by the incomparable Clononeen Mull of Kintyre (aka Romeo) and out of Mariah, an incredibly classy little mare with beautiful movement and the kindest of dispositions. We look forward to evaluating Suede as he matures and we believe he will fulfill all our expectations. Update: Romeo was recently inspected and received his permanent breeding license. His scores were high enough to warrant 1st Premium, both in-hand and under saddle, earning him Model status. Suede was also inspected and, while too young to receive a breeding license, he did collect a 1st Premium. He will be re-evaluated, in hopes of attaining his breeding license, next year.
